WEBSITE REDESIGN / GURUGRAM, INDIA

Website redesign.A considered next step.

A redesign should solve the problems people encounter on your current website. SliceCode helps businesses review existing content, improve the enquiry journey and plan the move to a maintainable website. We work from Gurugram with teams across India and remotely.

GURUGRAM, INDIA ↗ WORKING EVERYWHEREDESIGN · ENGINEERING · A LITTLE MAGIC
01 / FIND THE RIGHT FIT

Is this the right service for your project?

For an existing business website that is hard to update, confusing on a phone or unclear about its services. We first distinguish a focused repair from a full rebuild. A broken form or an unclear service page may need a smaller intervention than replacing the entire site.

02 / THE WORK WE AGREE

What the project can include

The proposal confirms the deliverables for your brief. Here is how we approach the work.

01

Current-site inventory

Review the pages, content, forms, downloads and integrations in the agreed scope. Identify what should stay, what needs revision and what no longer serves a useful purpose. Available analytics help prioritize pages but are not assumed to be complete.

02

Content and mobile design

Organize the offer around customer questions and a clear next step. Review representative phone layouts with realistic text and images. Content responsibilities and approval milestones are agreed before implementation.

03

URL and migration plan

Map old URLs to relevant destinations, preserve useful addresses where possible and specify redirects for moved pages. Check internal links, canonicals and the sitemap against the final page inventory.

04

Release verification

Check priority URLs, mobile navigation and the contact journey before and after launch. Agree a recovery procedure, source handover and the person responsible for resolving release issues.

03 / BUDGET & TIMELINE

Plan the investment.

What changes the scope?

The website planning range applies to an agreed business-site rebuild. Large content libraries, ecommerce, CMS migration, copywriting and complex integrations require separate estimation. The schedule depends on the inventory and access being ready. A redesign does not guarantee retained or improved rankings.

We work from Gurugram with local and remote teams. Share your current setup, the result you need and any deadline so we can agree a realistic first step.

04 / BEFORE YOU COMMISSION IT

Two decisions worth making early

Repair or rebuild?

Keep the existing platform if it can meet the requirements with targeted changes. A rebuild is worth considering when the content model, editing experience or technical constraints prevent the changes the business needs.

Preserve or move the content?

Make URL decisions before designing replacement pages. A new visual identity does not require changing every address. Where pages are consolidated, the destination should still answer the visitor’s original need.

05 / FROM BRIEF TO HANDOVER

How we deliver the work

  1. Audit the starting point

Share the current URL, business goals and known problems. We define the inventory and access required without asking you to send passwords in a project brief.

  2. Agree the change map

Review the new page plan, content responsibilities, URL mapping and acceptance criteria. Separate launch requirements from improvements that can follow later.

  3. Build and compare

Review a preview against the agreed inventory, including content, forms and representative mobile layouts. Resolve missing destinations before switching traffic.

  4. Launch and observe

Deploy the approved version, verify critical paths and record the release. Review errors and available page-level search data to distinguish technical defects from broader traffic changes.

06 / SEE SOMETHING CONCRETE

Inspect our approach before commissioning a redesign

Our redesign guide includes a sample URL decision table and a launch checklist. It shows how we frame migration work; it is a planning resource, not a claim that a client achieved a particular traffic increase.

07 / YOUR QUESTIONS

Before we start

Do we need a complete rebuild?

Not always. We first identify whether content, layout or a specific broken flow is the problem. A focused repair may be more appropriate when the existing platform still supports your requirements.

Can you preserve our existing URLs?

We can review the existing inventory and preserve suitable URLs. Pages that move need a relevant destination and an agreed redirect map. The final approach depends on the old and new site structures.

Will a redesign preserve our Google rankings?

No provider can guarantee unchanged rankings. We can agree migration checks for content, redirects, indexing settings and canonical URLs, then monitor the available evidence after launch.

How much does a website redesign cost?

Our ₹40,000–₹60,000 business-website planning range can be a starting point for a defined rebuild. Migration complexity, page count, content preparation and integrations determine whether that scope fits.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

The current URL, a list of known problems, the main customer action and any deadline. If available, bring a page inventory and summary of search or enquiry performance. Account access is arranged separately through appropriate permissions.
